Type of paint used: Craft Acrylic
This Gingerbread Ornament Set was
painted with a base coat of custom mixed
brown to resemble the color of baked
gingerbread. Pink was dry brushed on the
cheeks and the "icing" details were then
painted over the base gingerbread color.
Small fabric satin bows were then made
and glued to each ornament. The matte
finish of the paint with no sealer helps give
the ornaments a fresh baked cookie
appearance.
